Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a Business Analyst to join the Provider Organization in Madrid. You'll work with the Portfolio Lead, Business Owners and Product teams to drive value from idea through release within agile value streams.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, process improvement and close collaboration across delivery teams. A 5+ year track record in business analysis or agile delivery is required, with root-cause thinking and a proactive mindset

Formación

• 5+ years in business analysis, process engineering or agile delivery with a proven delivery track record.
• Experience in Eligibility, Claims, Pre-authorization, Network, Strategy, Finance or Change management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify pain points and opportunities to improve provider or operational experience.
• Support analysing and sizing the initiative impact.
• Onboard relevant experts for prioritized initiatives and ensure collaboration with agile delivery teams.
• Foster agile ceremonies and ensure teams participate as needed.
• Collaborate with product teams to document actionable business requirements.
• Run analysis and mapping to support solution design.
• Contribute to discovery sessions led by Product teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across teams and monitor product performance.
