• 8–10 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• English level C1 and native Spanish.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and performing process mapping.
• Experience creating business requirements and user stories.
• Ability to operate in an agile environment from discovery to delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Understand objectives and translate into actionable technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers and QA.
• Gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Create user stories, process maps and supporting documentation.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Organise sprint demos with stakeholders.
• Support solution implementation, testing, training and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, performance and UX.
