Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with Portfolio Lead, Business Owners and Product teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives within the Provider Organization. You will participate in value streams, drive discovery, and support agile delivery across the end-to-end process from ideation to release.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong collaboration, and an adaptable mindset in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in business analysis, process engineering or agile delivery with a proven delivery record.
• Experience in areas like Eligibility, Claims, Pre-authorization, Network, Strategy, Finance or Change management.
• Analytical thinking and ability to improve complex business processes.
• Collaborates effectively with product and delivery teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent facilitation of meetings, workshops, and action follow-up.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, learning-focused environments; agile mindset desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Portfolio Lead and Business Owners to identify pain points and opportunities to improve provider or operational experience.
• Support analysing and sizing the initiative impact.
• Identify and onboard relevant experts for prioritized initiatives.
• Ensure experts and agile delivery teams are connected and collaborate accordingly at each step in the agile journey.
• Ensure experts are familiar with agile ceremonies and attend as needed.
• Collaborate with product teams to analyse and document business requirements for delivery teams.
• Run analysis, mapping and investigations to support solution design.
• Contribute to discovery sessions led by Product teams.
• Drive a culture of learning and adaptation by refining processes and contributing to agile best practices across teams.
• Monitor and report product performance with Product teams.
• Support the intake submission process as needed.
