CoverGo, a leading Insurtech platform, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join our remote team in Spain. You will identify business problems with clients and technical resources, design process changes, and document requirements for complex systems in our no-code insurance environment.

You will gather requirements, write user stories, support testing through QA/UAT, and help plan work for other analysts. Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
• Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• Experience in the insurance industry is required.
• Health Insurance domain certs from INS/LOMA or III are an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and prioritizing work to epics and sprints.
• Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering and user testing.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments is a must.
• Proficiency in documenting processes, data integration, and workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical writing skills are a plus.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.
• Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
• Make recommendations to improve and support business activities.
• Gather requirements through sessions and interviews and document complex processes; communicate to stakeholders.
• Create complex test case scenarios and oversee testing of business applications.
• Develop business requirements documents/user stories for required modifications.
• May plan, allocate and monitor work of other business analysts.
• Understand systems and data to surface actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Assist in providing time estimates for project tasks.
• Update process and procedural documentation.
• Develop basic understanding of mobile/web development cycles.
• Support QA, UAT and Release phases via defect analysis and change maintenance.
• Other tasks as assigned.
