Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
• Ability to perform As-Is / To-Be analyses of business processes and systems.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct As-Is / To-Be analyses of processes, systems and organizations to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Document current processes and pain points with detailed maps (BPMN, SIPOC, etc.).
• Design future-state processes aligned with business goals and validate with stakeholders.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and actionable recommendations for transformation.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and support project teams.
