BME | Bolsas y Mercados Españoles in Madrid is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into actionable requirements for the Exchanges Business Unit, shaping strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will document end-to-end solutions, work in an Agile SAFe setup, and partner with teams to expand the trading platform. Strong UML, requirements engineering, and bilingual Spanish-English skills are essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in requirements engineering within exchange trading or financial services.
• Strong UML knowledge with ability to specify complex trading functionality across systems.
• Experience in Agile delivery, SAFe framework, and feature refinement.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail translating requirements into specs.
• Strong ownership and collaboration skills; proactive and positive mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; German language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements with a focus on functionality and architecture; document end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver new functionalities and expand the trading platform.
• Develop and maintain requirements and functional documentation, including interfaces specs.
• Contribute to conception of new features and test acceptance criteria.
