Fever in Madrid is seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client pipeline across agency and direct channels. You will work closely with the Associate Director, using your sales expertise to secure partnerships and elevate Fever’s brand in the market.

• 5+ years in publisher sales, experience sales, or brand partnerships.
• Creative thinker with data-driven sales decisions.
• Proven track record building direct client and agency contacts (e.g., Publicis, Mindshare, Havas).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial can-do attitude and self-starter.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; based in Madrid or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and nurture long-term relationships with agency and direct clients.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinate internal resources to build winning experiential campaigns and pitches.
• Manage client briefs from initial consultation to delivery of campaign work.
• Attend and lead high-value client pitches and organize client entertainment initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize the Brand Partnerships offering.
