Jobgether SRL invites a Senior Graphic Designer based in Spain to join a growing international tech environment where design shapes products and brands. You will own a wide range of visual projects across marketing, product, social, and presentations, while influencing design systems and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in graphic design with a compelling portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Strong typography, hierarchy, readability, and color theory skills.
• Deep knowledge of composition, layout, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
• Experience creating visuals for social media, presentations, and digital campaigns.
• Experience creating raster graphics, including collage work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to align design decisions with product/marketing objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience using AI tools as part of design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deliver a broad range of graphic design projects from concept through final execution.
• Contribute to promotional and marketing initiatives with visual assets aligned to business goals.
• Generate creative concepts for product and marketing teams and translate them into engaging visuals.
• Create, maintain, and scale design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Develop and update brand books, visual guidelines, templates, and assets.
• Design content for social media, presentations, infographics, and other digital channels.
• Ensure quality and consistency of graphics per guidelines and templates.
• Participate in design decisions for new and existing digital products.
• Create vector icons and visual elements across projects.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to meet objectives.
• Analyze design solutions and derive improvements from insights.
• Optimize design processes and internal workflows for efficiency.
