Deel is seeking a Senior Payroll Associate to own Belgium payroll processing, ensure data accuracy, and provide guidance on regulatory compliance. The role requires deep knowledge of Belgium payroll laws and a proactive approach to process improvements.

You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to support payroll operations for a diverse, global workforce and help maintain Deel’s reputation for accuracy, compliance, and excellent employee service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Belgium payroll laws and regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in English, Dutch or French.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the processing of payroll data for Belgium employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Verify and reconcile employee data, including salaries, hours worked, and deductions.
• Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings.
• Provide support to employees for payroll-related questions and issues.
• Ensure compliance with Belgium payroll laws and regulations.
• Lead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems.
