Strada is hiring to support payroll activities and data management for global clients. The role focuses on accurate, on-time payroll processing, client engagement, and process optimization across implementations and go-lives.

We seek professionals with Dutch and English proficiency, payroll administration experience, and strong attention to detail who can thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Formación

• Excellent Dutch written and verbal skills and good English skills.
• 100% Attainment of customer SLA agreements.
• Adherence to Security and Compliance procedures and quality standards.
• Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment.
• Knowledge on payroll processes, practices and associated legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Support Managers with client engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time.
• Provide daily functional support to the teams, to support the successful delivery of payrolls and own the end to end payroll process with necessary sign offs.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook and process documentation.
• Support the review of the Statement of Works before its shared with the Client to ensure its fit for purpose.
• Upskill and develop team members through training delivery and coaching to enable them to fulfill their role.
