Deel is seeking a Payroll Expert to own end-to-end payroll execution for specific countries or regions. You will bring deep knowledge of local payroll regulations, implement systems, and manage vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.

You will work cross-functionally to support payroll and HR matters, stay updated on regulatory changes, and respond to complex questions from employees and clients in your region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll and HR experience with Belgium.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies.
• Experience with external payroll providers is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluency in English; French or Dutch language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Execute payroll end-to-end for your region and trained countries.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports; ensure tax compliance.
• Manage involuntary deductions, onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on local payroll and HR matters.
• Communicate regulatory changes across teams and vendors.
• Answer complex payroll questions from employees and clients.
