Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Backend Stack Engineer to own the Translation Management System Platform and related services. You will steer architecture, reliability, and evolution across translation workflows, vendor and customer management, and multiple internal integrations.

You will set scalable boundaries, document ADRs, design secure REST APIs, and lead end-to-end delivery from code to on-call. Strong backend, DevOps experience, and English communication are essential, with mentorship of

Formación

• 5+ years of backend engineering in production environments.
• Expert in C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Strong experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.
• Security-conscious API design (OAuth 2.0, API keys).
• Frontend exposure with Vue.js/TypeScript is a plus.
• Mentoring juniors and collaborating with product teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own TMS platform architecture and platform services.
• Drive reliability, scalability, and evolution of workflows and integrations.
• Define service boundaries and ADRs for major components.
• Develop and maintain versioned REST APIs for internal teams.
• Handle non-functional requirements like observability and security.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews.
• Collaborate with PMs and domain experts to shape the roadmap.
• End-to-end ownership from architecture to on-call.
