Formación

• 4 to 6 years of experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Expert SQL skills for advanced modeling and optimization.
• Advanced Python for services/pipelines, not notebook analytics.
• Experience with production-grade engineering practices (CI/CD, pytest, code reviews).
• Strong business-domain mindset for translating needs into efficient data architectures.
• Strong collaboration with Data Practitioners, Data Scientists, Software/ML Engineers, Product teams, and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation, and long-term ownership of multi-tenant data platforms.
• Build data components using Python for APIs/orchestration and SQL for transformation and normalization layers.
• Establish and enforce global data engineering standards and quality frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvements in data infrastructure, modeling, and tooling.
• Mentor junior team members and define best practices for tooling and data craft.
