Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Program/Portfolio Lead to steer the legacy SaaS migration across multiple platforms in Spain. You will define the strategic roadmap, establish governance, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to achieve post-transition KPIs.

Formación

• Experience managing complex program portfolios with large-scale tech transitions.
• Proven SaaS migrations or large-scale platform integrations expertise.
• Expertise with both waterfall and agile delivery for phased migrations.
• Ability to present strategies to senior executives and align global stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define vision, strategy, and outcomes for legacy SaaS migration across multiple platforms.
• Establish governance, monitor execution, report status, and facilitate executive decisions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and GTM to hit KPIs.
• Assess resources, funding, and tools to translate technical debt into actionable plans.
• Design reporting that provides executive visibility into progress, risks, dependencies.
