Longtail Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Engineer: Full-stack with 80% backend to help build our conversational analytics and intelligent alerting platform. You will own features end to end, from problem framing to production, with a focus on reliability and AI-driven workflows.

The role requires 7+ years of engineering experience, production SaaS exposure, strong API and database skills, and willingness to contribute to the React frontend when needed.

Formación

• 7+ years of engineering experience in production SaaS.
• Strong API, database, and SQL skills.
• Experience with distributed systems and failure modes.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build backend services, APIs, and analytics capabilities.
• Own features end to end from customer problem to production.
• Build reliable asynchronous workflows with observability baked in.
• Integrate with data, analytics, and AI model platforms.
• Design resilient systems that handle failures gracefully.
• Contribute to the React frontend when needed.
• Improve testing, observability, security, and performance.
