Formación

• 5+ years of backend experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in TypeScript or strongly typed language.
• Experience with fintech, highly regulated industries, or document processing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust, scalable backend services that solve real customer problems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers by actively participating in problem discovery and solution creation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of new features and improvements.
• Address technical debt and improve collaboration and communication within the team.
