Aircall is seeking an experienced backend engineer to build and scale services in a fast-moving customer communications platform. You will design, implement, test, and operate secure, scalable backend systems while collaborating with product and design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Proven expertise in backend development, AWS production, and a willingness to work across frontend interests is preferred.

Formación

• At least 7+ years of backend development delivering secure, scalable, available and high-performance systems.
• Extensive experience with AWS in production environments and understanding deployment best practices.
• Frontend experience is a big plus, preferably with React.
• Value code simplicity, quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Ability to design pragmatic and simple architectures to solve problems at scale.
• Effective and proactive communication skills to collaborate with diverse profiles.

Responsabilidades

• Create, design, develop, test, and monitor your code in production autonomously and reliably
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to offer pragmatic solutions to real world problems and implement them end to end
• Work with your team to design high quality, secure, and scalable solutions and be accountable for their execution
• Obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients
• Mentor and promote tech growth within the teams
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures, demonstrate good judgment in their potential applications
