Aircall is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead technical strategy and delivery across multiple engineering teams. You will shape architecture, security, and DevOps practices while delivering high-impact projects with a customer-centric mindset.

You will drive cross-team collaboration, mentor engineers, and own system design decisions for scalable, secure, and performant back-end services using NodeJS, TypeScript, and diverse data stores in a cloud-first environment.

Formación

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in back-end development across multiple domains.
• Strong focus on security, scalability, availability, and performance.
• Leadership in defining technical strategy and cross-team alignment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly; comfortable guiding several teams.
