Aircall is hiring a backend-focused engineer to design, build, test, and monitor production-grade services using TypeScript/NodeJS and AWS. You’ll collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver pragmatic, scalable solutions that meet security and availability targets.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in backend development, familiarity with REST/GraphQL and databases like PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, or Redis. React experience is a plus as is a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Formación

• 7+ years in backend development with a focus on security, scalability, availability, and performance.
• Experience with AWS in production environments and designing for high volume services.
• Experience with frontend applications is a plus, preferably React.
• Value code simplicity, quality, performance, and maintainability.

Responsabilidades

• Create, design, develop, test, and monitor your code in production autonomously and reliably.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to provide pragmatic end-to-end solutions.
• Design high-quality, secure, and scalable architectures and own their execution.
• Understand the business context to deliver relevant solutions for users and clients.
• Mentor and promote technical growth within teams.
