Aircall is a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform with offices and teams across Madrid, Paris, Seattle and beyond. As a Software Engineer you will design, develop, deploy, and operate business-critical features that add customer value.

You will work on NodeJS/Typescript back-end, hosted on AWS, and integrate with CRM, Helpdesk, and E‑Commerce tools to deliver secure, scalable services. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to ship end-to-end

Formación

• At least 2+ years of back-end development experience with modern stacks.
• Experience with AWS in production environments for high volume services.
• Frontend experience with React is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create, design, develop, test, and monitor your code in production
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to offer pragmatic solutions and implement them end to end
• Design high quality, secure, and scalable solutions and be accountable for their execution
• Obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures, and apply them where appropriate
