Duetto Research is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join a fully remote engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems powering innovative products, collaborating with engineers across disciplines.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality software in a remote setup with occasional meetups. You will contribute across all development lifecycle stages, drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring robust performance

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
5+ years of professional backend development experience.
Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB; RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP; Docker/Kubernetes desirable.
Strong problem-solving and communication in a remote setting.

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve backend software.
