EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) for a fully remote engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems powering innovative products, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality software.

You will mentor junior engineers, participate in architectural discussions, review code, and focus on performance and scalability.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js or Go.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve backend software.
