Xe is seeking a senior backend engineer who owns real problems end-to-end, shaping how the team builds from API design and data modeling to service implementation, production reliability and launch.

You'll design and run backend services that move money across multi-currency balances, lead cross-functional delivery with product, compliance, and operations, and mentor engineers while modernizing the platform. This role blends hands-on coding with architecture decisions.

Formación

• 6 to 10+ years building production backend services, end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own backend services that move money and manage multi-currency balances across domains including onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement, and other services.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with product, compliance, and operations from problem framing through launch.
• Lead the build of partner integrations and settlement infrastructure in your domain.
• Own production health for your domain, including reliability, observability, on-call, and incident response.
• Lead design reviews and set technical direction, mentoring mid-level engineers.
• Use agentic coding tools daily across the SDLC and drive modernization from legacy to the modern stack with architects.
