Xe is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to own end-to-end problems, from API design and frontend experiences to backend services and production reliability. You will work with AI tooling daily, move money in production, and shape the platform as Xe rebuilds its stack with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and collaborate with product, design, and compliance. Hybrid work requires 2 days WFH; 65k–80k EUR range reflects market in Madrid area.

Formación

• 6–10+ years building production web applications, end-to-end.
• Frontend proficiency with Vue.js or React.
• Backend proficiency in C# / .NET; other OOP languages welcome (Java, Kotlin, Go).
• Strong SQL and relational databases fundamentals.
• Writing and maintaining tests as part of shipping.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools across the SDLC.
• Production experience on AWS, including CI/CD, and native services such as SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS and Lambda.
• Strong system design and architecture experience (microservices/event-driven).
• Payments, FX, or regulated-industry experience.
• Track record of technical leadership: mentoring engineers, leading design reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own features across the stack that move money and manage multi-currency balances.
• Lead delivery of customer-facing features from interface to services behind them.
• Own production health for your domain: reliability, observability, on-call, incidents.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with product, design, and compliance from framing to launch.
• Lead design reviews and mentor mid-level engineers.
• Use AI tooling daily across the SDLC and modernize legacy services with architects.
