Xe.com is seeking a Team Lead to own how a squad builds and ships, from architecture to delivery, reliability, and engineer growth. You will shape architecture, mentor engineers, and partner with the Product Manager to align on roadmap and deadlines.

You will guide the squad in building a money-movement platform slice, working across services, APIs, and partner integrations, while adopting AI tools across the SDLC to raise delivery quality.

Formación

• 6 to 10+ years building production software systems end-to-end.
• Proven track record of technical leadership in a software team.
• Experience coaching and developing engineers beyond tech.
• Strong backend in C# / .NET; other OOP languages ok.
• Frontend fluency with Vue.js or React.
• Strong system design, distributed systems, microservices.
• Payments/fintech or regulated industries experience.
• SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• Experience with AWS native services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Daily use of AI coding tools and advocacy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the squad's platform slice across services, APIs, and integrations.
• Set technical direction and oversee architecture and code reviews.
• Own delivery plans with PM on roadmap and timelines.
• Mentor engineers, run 1:1s, and support growth.
• Champion the use of AI tools across the SDLC.
