K-LAGAN is seeking a Project Manager to lead the technical design, development, and implementation of automated material handling solutions for industrial clients. This role blends project management, engineering, and customer coordination to deliver projects from RFQ to commissioning, meeting budget, quality, and timing targets.

Responsibilities include leading design teams, managing budgets, coordinating RFQ activities, and ensuring smooth execution with cross-functional engineers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Experience in managing or supporting engineering projects, ideally in automation, intralogistics, or material handling systems.
• Solid knowledge of RFQ processes, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems design, including integration of automated equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work on-site in Madrid and travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and development of customized automated material handling systems.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring adherence to technical and financial targets.
• Coordinate and review RFQ documentation, preparing detailed cost estimations and feasibility analyses.
• Translate customer requirements into functional system designs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to ensure alignment across all project stages.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with project objectives.
• Serve as a technical interface with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
• Identify potential risks and propose corrective or preventive actions during the project lifecycle.
