Zusammenfassung

PER and a growing European Real Assets investor seek a Portfolio Valuations and Modelling Analyst to join their Valencia-based team. You will partner with asset management, finance and acquisitions to deliver valuations, modelling, analytics and performance analysis across the portfolio.

You will build and update financial asset models, incorporate market assumptions, support investor reporting, and collaborate with external advisers while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant financial field.
• Strong cashflow modelling.
• Valuation knowledge of real estate or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Build and update financial asset models.
• Update cash flow models with latest assumptions.
• Assess asset values by reviewing market conditions.
• Support hold and sell analysis with fund-level returns.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts for investor reporting.
• Coordinate with external advisers for valuations.
• Monitor debt compliance at fund and asset levels.
• Oversee junior team members.
