Wpp is seeking a creative leader to drive innovative visual concepts with strong 3D, motion design and digital storytelling. You will define artistic direction for integrated campaigns and oversee multi-channel assets, from 3D assets to immersive experiences.

You will mentor talent, collaborate with Strategy, Account Management, Production, Motion, UX/UI, and Development teams to deliver high-quality visuals and client storytelling.

Formación

• Proven ability to generate original visual concepts and turn them into distinctive visuals.
• Strong experience in art direction and 3D design; lead projects from concept to final execution.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in art direction and high-end 3D projects.

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the creation of innovative visual concepts with strong 3D, motion design, and digital storytelling. You will define artistic direction for integrated campaigns and oversee multi-channel assets, from 3D assets to immersive experiences. You’ll collaborate with Strategy, Account Management, Production, Motion, UX/UI, and Development teams to deliver high-quality visuals and effective client storytelling. You will mentor talent, drive new tools and techniques, and contribute to pitches at a global scale. This is a borderless, collaborative environment that leverages AI-driven tools to amplify human creativity.
