Wpp is seeking a creative leader to drive innovative visual concepts with strong 3D, motion design and digital storytelling. You will define artistic direction for integrated campaigns and oversee multi-channel assets, from 3D assets to immersive experiences.

You will mentor talent, collaborate with Strategy, Account Management, Production, Motion, UX/UI, and Development teams to deliver high-quality visuals and client storytelling.

Formación

• Proven ability to generate original visual concepts and turn them into distinctive visuals.
• Strong experience in art direction and 3D design; lead projects from concept to final execution.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in art direction and high-end 3D projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead conceptualization and development of creative visual proposals with emphasis on 3D, motion design, and digital experiences.
• Define artistic direction for integrated campaigns and oversee key visuals, 3D assets, and content for digital environments.
• Create mood boards, storyboards, animatics, and visual prototypes for clients and teams.
