Job summary

JUPUS is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to join its fast-growing legal tech team in Europe. You will build production systems for generative AI, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows used by lawyers.

Reporting to the AI Lead, you’ll work from architecture to implementation, owning end-to-end AI features, improving LLM infrastructure, observability, and evaluation capabilities. This is a hands-on role shaping product impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional AI experience required.
• Hands-on in production-grade generative AI systems.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement production-ready generative AI systems.
• Design and develop agentic workflows to automate multi-step tasks.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines for document interaction.
• Establish AI development, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate AI into workflows.
