Stott and May Inc. is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to design, build and deliver production‑ready AI solutions for enterprise clients.

You will work on practical AI systems combining data engineering, software development and Generative AI, delivering scalable, secure and measurable applications in real business environments. You will develop LLM-based applications, RAG solutions, AI agents and workflow automation components, while building robust data pipelines, model training workflows

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on AI/ML engineering experience.
• Production-ready AI/ML solutions experience beyond PoC.
• Strong Python and software fundamentals.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Data pipelines, cloud-native architectures and CI/CD.

Aufgaben

• Design and build applied AI and ML solutions for client projects.
• Develop LLM-based applications, RAG solutions and AI agents.
• Build data and feature pipelines, model training workflows and inference services.
• Support productionisation of AI systems using MLOps / LLMOps.
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, testing and observability for AI systems.
• Integrate AI with APIs, cloud services and enterprise data platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and delivery teams.
• Support technical discovery and client discussions as required.
• Apply responsible AI principles including governance and cost control.
• Contribute to reusable AI components and accelerators.
