Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Automation & AI Implementation Specialist based in Spain to lead AI adoption and workflow automation for a U.S.-based law firm. This fully remote role requires designing, building, and optimizing AI-powered workflows across multiple business apps, APIs, and LLMs, while owning projects end-to-end.

You will audit processes, implement integrations with Clio, Lawmatics, Slack, Gmail, and more, and advance automation using Zapier/n8n, APIs, and custom development.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing workflow automation and process improvements in law firms.
• Hands-on AI implementation and operational optimization.
• Experience using Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini, or similar LLMs for AI workflows.
• Experience integrating LLMs via APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, or custom code.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools to modify code and connect APIs.
• Practical experience with Clio and Lawmatics.
• Experience integrating Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, Agorapulse, or similar tools.
• Strong API, system integrations, and internal tool development.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; independent problem solving.
• Strong English communication; ability to collaborate with leadership.
• Willingness to overlap US hours partially; time-tracking via Hubstaff.

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows to identify inefficiencies and AI opportunities.
• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows to boost productivity.
• Troubleshoot and enhance automations for reliability and performance.
• Develop and maintain integrations across Clio, Lawmatics, Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, Agorapulse.
• Build automation using Zapier and n8n; tailor solutions when needed.
• Use APIs and webhooks to connect systems and create internal tools.
• Leverage Claude Code and other LLMs to accelerate development.
• Own automation projects from discovery to deployment and optimization.
• Identify optimization opportunities with minimal supervision.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and remain reliable.
