UST España & Latam is seeking an Integration Lead to oversee day-to-day management, coordination, planning, and execution of IT integration requirements for banking-sector clients. What we look for?

We are looking for candidates to work in collaboration with the Credit Risk Team. As Integration Lead you will be in charge of the day-to-day management responsibilities for coordinating, planning, problem-solving and implementing all requirements to achieve integration and business results.

You will be joining an IT Credit Rist Team located in Lisbon, Malaga, Madrid or Cantabria that works together with our client from the banking sector.

High english level is required.

• Design, implement, and manage integration processes for various IT systems and applications.
• Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for integration and improvement.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes and solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and system security during the integration process.
• Assist in the development of integration strategies and frameworks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies relevant to system integration.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with both senior and junior stakeholders of differing levels of knowledge and experience.
• Must possess analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of APIs, REST services, PaaS/microservices, Database/SQL, Technical Integration.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, and integration techniques.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, understand business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (MIN B2+/C1)
• 4+ years
• University degree in technology, preferably in computer science.
