UST España & Latam is seeking an experienced Application Operations Support professional to maintain and enhance core banking applications. The role involves 2nd level support, incident handling, and cross-team coordination within a hybrid Madrid environment (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH).

You will participate in weekend releases, manage change requests, and engage in projects that improve operational efficiency. English is essential; German is advantageous.

Formación

• Professional experience in application support.
• Good Unix know-how; shell scripting is a plus.
• Knowledge of Windows Server at the admin level.
• Knowledge of Java application server, databases, and AWA is advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure operation of core banking applications (2nd level support).
• Process incidents from monitoring systems within SLAs.
• Coordinate with incident managers, service owners, 3rd-level support and stakeholders.
• Take periodic on-call duties (weekly 7x24).
• Administer change requests for related processes.
• Participate in weekend releases and deployments.
• Contribute to operational projects for existing or new integrations.
• Automate repetitive tasks and handovers to L1 (Control Center).
