UST España & Latam is seeking an experienced Application Operations Support professional to join a global wealth management project in a hybrid Madrid setting, handling 2nd level support for core banking applications and coordinating with incident managers and service owners.

Ideal candidates have solid application support experience, Unix and Windows server knowledge, basic Java app server experience, and strong written/spoken English (German a plus).

Formación

• Professional experience in application support.
• Good Unix know-how (shell scripting an advantage).
• Knowledge of Windows OS at server level.
• Knowledge of Java application server / database / AWA is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English; German an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring the operation of core banking applications (2nd level support).
• Processing incident tickets and coordinating with the local service desk within SLAs.
• Coordinating between incident managers, application service owners, 3rd-level support and stakeholders.
• Taking on periodic on-call duty (weekly 7x24).
• Administrating change requests for application-related processes.
• Participating in periodic releases on weekends.
• Engaging in projects related to operational aspects for existing or newly integrated applications.
• Automating repetitive tasks and handing over to L1 (Control Center).
