PandaDoc is hiring its first Design Engineer to bridge design and engineering in the Embedded Agreements track. You will own the design of the API and integrations, shaping surfaces developers rely on and connecting them with AI-powered workflows.

You will work closely with product, design, and research to define strategy, prototype production-grade React components from ideas, and drive end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Strong experience across both design and front-end engineering.
• Fluency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS, and API tooling.
• Genuine interest in developer experience and expanding beyond developers as MCP/AI rise.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design of API and integrations end-to-end, including developer-facing surfaces.
• Shape strategy with product and research to adapt to market changes.
• Prototype AI-native patterns and integrate with ChatGPT, Claude, and MCP surfaces.
• Guide CRM integrations to fit an agentic world while balancing built-in vs customer orchestrated connections.
• Prototype concepts from Figma to production-ready React components.
