PandaDoc is looking for its first Design Engineer to bridge design and engineering in the Embedded Agreements track. You will own the design of our API and integrations, building surfaces that connect PandaDoc to customers’ tools and workflows.

You’ll prototype AI-native patterns, shape CRM integrations for an agentic world, and deliver production-grade React components from idea to launch. As the sole Design Engineer, you’ll define the role and drive end-to-end impact.

Formación

• Experience designing and shipping interfaces
• Strong React/TypeScript/CSS skills
• Interest in developer experience and API surfaces

Responsabilidades

• Own API and integrations design end-to-end, including developer-facing surfaces and docs
• Collaborate with product/research to shape strategy for API/MCP surfaces
• Prototype AI-native patterns and integrate with ChatGPT/Claude/CODAI tools
• Guide CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot) for agentic workflows
• Build production-grade React components from ideas to code quickly
• Be the first Design Engineer on Embedded Agreements, defining the role and process
• Share patterns and mentor designers to improve technical skills
• Work with Cursor and Claude Code to ensure high-quality output
