PandaDoc is hiring a Senior Design Engineer to sit at the intersection of design and engineering in the Growth track. You will turn explorations from design into production-grade React features in days, not sprints, shaping what Growth builds.

You will build operations, patterns, and prompt libraries to let designers move at pace, and set the bar for what good looks like when shipping with AI. This is the first Design Engineer hire at PandaDoc.

Formación

• Fluency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS, and animation libraries (Framer Motion, React Spring, or similar).
• Strong portfolio of shipped interfaces or widely-used components.

Responsabilidades

• Prototype AI-native ideas in code and deliver production-grade React code.
• Ship production-grade Growth surfaces end-to-end: layout, interactions, motion, accessibility, performance.
• Define and maintain the quality ceiling for AI-enabled outputs and establish reusable patterns.
