PandaDoc is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to join the Document App Track within the Document Domain team. You will help evolve the document platform to support new product capabilities and improve reliability and developer experience.

In this role, you will drive long-term technical strategy, mentor engineers, and lead cross-team initiatives to deliver scalable document capabilities. Strong Python experience and AI workflow understanding are essential.

Formación

• At least 6+ years of development experience with Python.
• Strong SQL knowledge including migrations and optimization.
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development workflows and productivity tools.
• Mentoring engineers and contributing to domain strategy.
