PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Designer to lead Core UX & Mobile, shaping foundational experience decisions across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with multiple teams to drive scalable design patterns and a unified product vision.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience across interaction design, visual design, information architecture and design systems.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing sophisticated software products with intuitive user experiences.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end design cycle management from research through implementation.
• Craft user journeys aligned with product behavior and user needs.
• Prototype development and validation using design system components and data.
• Collaborate with design system team and developers to improve components.
• Communicate project progress and decisions to stakeholders to ensure consistency.
• Advocate for design principles and user-centered approaches across the organization.
• Champion usability and accessibility to simplify complex workflows.
