Agoda is seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to lead analytics for the Flights vertical, driving data‑driven decisions across CRM and paid channels from our Barcelona office. You’ll translate complex data into actionable insights that elevate performance and customer value.

You’ll analyze large datasets, design experiments such as A/B tests, and partner with Marketing, Flights product, and supply teams to identify opportunities.

Formación

• 8+ years in Data Analyst role or related big data projects.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering or Economics and Finance.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau and MS Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Define Marketing strategy for Flights vertical.
• Develop and optimize channels including CRM and paid performance marketing.
• Analyze large datasets to translate data into actionable insights.
• Design experiments (A/B tests) and build analyses to evaluate campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Flights product, and flights supply teams to identify opportunities.
• Monitor and report on performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of analysts and participate in hiring.
