Agoda is seeking a data analyst to join the Performance Marketing Team, focusing on Flights verticals. You will conduct end-to-end analyses of large datasets to uncover insights on channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

You will develop hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests), and partner with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and flights supply teams to drive data-driven growth across channels and present

Formación

• 5-7 years in Data Analyst role or big data projects in tech/e-commerce/digital marketing.
• Data-driven with BI tools and data warehouse: SQL, Tableau and MS Excel.
• Innovative, non-linear problem-solving and resourceful in gathering information.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to create impactful presentations.
• Stakeholder management with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large, complex datasets on channel performance, user behavior and market trends.
