Agoda is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for a major partnership, owning the P&L and guiding a small team. You will shape marketing strategy, align with cross-functional partners, and drive measurable business impact through analytics, experimentation, and stakeholder management.

This role requires leadership in a global, fast-moving environment and offers high visibility to senior leadership.

Formación

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading marketing analytics and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with attribution models and incrementality measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 2–3 person marketing team and set OKRs aligned to partnership goals.
• Own the full marketing P&L and influence ROI targets across channels.
• Develop and execute channel strategies: metasearch, paid search, app marketing, and CRM.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (commercial, product) to drive revenue growth.
• Define analytics roadmap and report performance with executive-ready insights.
