Convera is seeking a Compliance Program Manager – AML for its Madrid operations. You will act as the Compliance Officer for Spain, driving an effective AML program and guiding executives on risk-based decisions as plans evolve.

You will lead regulatory engagement with Spanish authorities, oversee AML/CFT and sanctions activities, and ensure timely reporting while partnering with Convera's leadership to manage financial crime risks.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Spain and EU AML regulations.
• Experience advising senior leadership and boards on AML matters.
• Ability to translate business strategy into compliant policies and programs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Compliance Officer for Convera's Spanish operations (AML/CFT, sanctions).
• Oversee STR decisions and liaise with regulators for FCC activities in payments business.
• Ensure AML regulatory reporting is accurate and timely.
