Job summary

Santander is seeking a Global Retail Artificial Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our Madrid team. You will translate business priorities into AI, automation and GenAI use cases across Retail markets, supporting contact centers, operational processes and process intelligence.

You will collaborate with IT, CDAIO, Compliance and cybersecurity teams to build scalable playbooks, measure impact, and ensure governance and responsible AI practices across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation, process automation, contact-center transformation, advanced analytics, AI product delivery, operations technology or management consulting.
• Practical experience supporting AI, GenAI, NLP, voicebots, chatbots, copilots, RPA/workflow automation or AI-enabled servicing use cases.
• Experience with LLM-enabled solutions and cross-country technology-enabled business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and prioritise the global Retail AI roadmap, with initial focus on contact-center automation and AI servicing.
• Structure prioritised use cases from Apex, Retail business areas and countries, selecting AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, scoring or process redesign approaches.
• Contribute to the functional design of AI solutions including target journeys, operating models, and success metrics.
• Coordinate data, data sources and platform dependencies with stakeholders across CDAIO, IT, and local teams.
