Aircall is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own design, development, deployment, and operation of business-critical backend features. You will work with TypeScript/Node.js and Python in AWS, integrating with CRM, Helpdesk, and E-Commerce tools.

You’ll mentor peers, promote best practices, and help improve performance, security, and reliability across services. The role emphasizes collaboration with product managers, designers and engineers, with a focus on delivering value and scalable

Formación

• 7+ years of back-end development experience (TypeScript/NodeJS/Python/Ruby/Rails or similar).
• Strong focus on security, scalability, availability, and performance.
• Extensive AWS production environment experience.
• Frontend experience with React is a strong plus.
• Value code simplicity, quality, performance and maintainability.
• Ability to design pragmatic, scalable architectures and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, deploy, and operate business-critical features adding customer value.
• Ensure operational excellence, metrics, observability, and best practices; evangelize them across teams.
• Mentor and promote technical growth within teams and across Engineering.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Design high quality, secure, and scalable solutions and be accountable for their execution.
• Stay up to date on new technologies and architectures; apply good judgment to real-world problems.
