Santander CDAIO AI Tech is seeking an AI Software Engineering Specialist based in Madrid. You design, develop and implement AI-driven solutions to accelerate software delivery, improve quality and automate engineering processes across the development lifecycle.

Join a team building scalable architectures in the cloud, integrating AI-enabled workflows, and shaping engineering standards. A strong DevOps background and proficiency in Docker/Kubernetes are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Experience with software architecture, backend/frontend development, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with AI-based systems, deterministic agents, and automation platforms.
• Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes; cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Degree in CS/Engineering; cloud/DevOps certifications preferred.
• Spanish proficiency required; English high level preferred.
