Deel is seeking a senior Design & AI professional to lead AI-driven product design across web and mobile experiences. You will work embedded with product managers and engineers to shape end-to-end workflows for the employer and employee portals, while contributing to the design system and AI-enabled features.

You will bring 5+ years of experience in B2B product design, a strong UX/UI background, and a portfolio showcasing AI-powered design work.

Duties

Requirements

• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies


• Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences or using AI tools as part of your design workflow


• A portfolio that includes examples of work related to AI-powered features, AI-assisted workflows, or experiments with AI tools.


• Be passionate about design

• Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.


• Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.


• Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
