Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Valencia, Spain, seeks a Senior Specialist in AI Product and Delivery to translate current workflows into AI-enabled solutions across THV Europe. The role combines business analysis, product thinking and hands-on delivery, working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will lead workflow mapping, define requirements, and prioritize AI opportunities while building knowledge of AI platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in business analysis, product delivery, data, software, AI roles.
Master's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in related fields.
High standard of written and spoken English.
Experience with large language model tooling, APIs, AI agents and enterprise AI solutions.
Ability to map complex business processes, including undocumented activities and cross-functional handoffs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
Product-oriented mindset; focus on value and delivery.

Responsibilities

Analyze and map priority business workflows across functions.
Lead workflow mapping and requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications.
Assess and prioritize AI opportunities based on value, feasibility and impact.
Develop knowledge of AI platforms; configure and enhance where possible.
Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows; connect data sources as needed.
Support data pipelines, cloud services and infrastructure for AI solutions.
Own testing, validation and acceptance of solutions from external partners.
Support AI adoption through implementation and training.
Contribute to AI governance and enablement materials.
