Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Valencia, Spain, seeks a Senior Specialist, AI Product and Delivery to translate how work is done today into AI-enabled workflows. You will lead business analysis, product thinking and hands-on delivery across the region with a focus on practical implementation.

The role involves mapping workflows, defining specifications, coordinating with IT, medical and commercial teams, and ensuring adoption of AI agents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, product delivery, data, software, AI or related roles.
Master's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze and map priority business workflows and identify AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
Lead workflow mapping and requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for delivery partners.
Assess and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value and feasibility.
Develop knowledge of AI platforms and perform configuration and enhancements as needed.
Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows with data integration as required.
Support data pipelines, cloud services, and infrastructure enabling AI products.
Own testing, validation and acceptance of solutions delivered by external partners.
Support adoption and embeddings of redesigned workflows into day-to-day activities.
Contribute to AI governance standards and enablement materials.
